If you need to know if the computer, device or patient portal was hacked you need digital forensics. We only audit records as a general habit for
1) Completeness
2) Timeline
3) Doctor’s pattern of charting is consistent and not excessive or altered on the malpractice dates in question
4) Audit trail: Forensic EHR time stamps match all edits of the records.

6) Standard of care: Did the doctor, nurse, hospital, etc meet the standard of care?
Are you a “Medical demonstrative evidence expert”?
Yes. Making medical exhibits to weaponize our attorneys to win and force settlements or drop frivolous claims is what we do best. While many average slip and falls or MVA’s can be managed easily by a legal nurse, our system is actually transforming your dumpsterfire box of records into smoking gun visual aids. Each demonstrative evidence exhibit comes with a typed medical explanation as well as a review with the doctor upon delivery of your “Exhibit A Trial Toolbox
Are You an EHR audit trail investigator?
Yes. Simply subpoena the audit trail and include it with the records. If EHR fraud or changed medical records is of concern please let the doctor know at your intake session as that requires a multi step evaluation when you suspect tampering with your patient’s medical records. Your best weapon is the audit trail.
Do you provide a “Medical legal chart review for a flat fee”?
Yes. Our chart review process allows you to discuss your concerns with the doctor at your one hour intake session, as well as your Trial Toolbox educational session upon delivery. After that you can continue to work with the doctor at her hourly rate if you need litigation support. Most of our cases are solved via our chart review process.
Are you a “Physician litigation support consultant”?
Yes. We help you behind the scenes so nobody knows your strategy. We create your smoking gun exhibits and we teach you how to educate your jury.
Do you provide “Medical record timeline generation for attorneys”
Yes and no. If you need some super rigorous timeline documentation you may be better off with a legal nurse. If you need a timeline generally documented or turned into a graph that is automatically included in every trial toolkit. We are different from, a legal nurse because we are focused more on finding and extracting your best medical records for exhibits. Our process is more about making demonstrative exhibits to tell the medical story and educate your jury.
Do you provide “Standard of care medical literature search”?
Yes. This is automatically included In each Exhibit A Trial Toolbox as proving the standard of care with research studies saves on medical expert tedtimoney fees. If this is an important factor in your case please let the doctor know what you specifically need at the One Hour Medical Records Review Intake.
Why are you a “Non testifying medical consultant doctor”?
After dealing with Theranos, the SEC and FBI trials my testifying days are over. Instead we work to solve your case so you can force settlement or force it to be dropped. What we enjoy doing is extracting the exhibits from the medical records so you shine in court and only need free character witnesses or don’t need to show up at all as the majority of our cases settle or get dropped.
Can you provide “Medical fraud record investigation legal review”?
Yes. We naturally audit each medical record for signs of fraud. However, when you suspect EHR fraud we need to check where the hospital or clinic has buried the dead bodies in the forensic audit trail. This is generally included with our standard Flat Rate Medical Records Review. Simply subpoena the audit trail of the EHR which tells us the time, employee, and IP address that altered the records.
